WR/DB Willis Marshall of the Dallas Desperados was arrested January 3rd by the Oakland Police Department according to the Detroit Free Press. He is free on $5,000 bond and is not yet scheduled to appear. Marshall's status for the 2008 AFL season is still up in the air. He is accused of failing to pay child support.
According to the sheriff’s office, a warrant was issued for Marshall, 32, because he owes more than $100,000 in child support.Marshall was arrested at his parents' home in Southfield after investigators received a tip that he was visiting from his home in Colorado. According to the sheriff’s office, investigators went to the home and were told Marshall was not there, even though he had been seen in the house. Investigators spoke with Marshall, who denied who he was, slammed the door and ran out of house through another door, dashing through the snow wearing only light clothing and socks, police said.

I Know Willis very well, for 10 years plus! This is a guy who is very responsible and takes great care of all of his children. Why would the hater above state this nonsense. I know you don't know him or you wouldn't part you lips to say such a thing. You are probably just jealous of what you wish you were. I hate a person who lies just to make themselves feel better...shows a lot about your self-esteem. Anyhow to all of his fans and others please know his ex girlfriend set this up out of bitterness and nothing more. All the fathers who have experience baby momma drama may be able to understand. He always has his kids and is a great father. I know this for a fact.

Willis Marshall wouldn't know the truth if it was sitting on the tip of his tongue. This guy is a big liar. I know him personally and he's the type of guy that loves to tell people he plays Professional Football. Sliver chain frontin like it's Plat. Doesn't take care of any of his kids except for the new one he had with his girlfriend thought he's still married. Uses his son's tax id to get a car loan, per loans, and credit cards and a tall list of other things. He needs his ass wiped seriously. Though that wouldn't help he's one sick puppy.
